This is something I have developed a good 15 years ago when I realised that when starting on their innovation journey many organisations struggle to figure out what it is that actually gets in the way, and what things are they can build on (these always exist!).



​The Innovation Wave® is not a self-assessment tool but a facilitated tool, that provides the starting point for a discussion and identifies actions that can be taken to improve conditions for innovation.  Since 2012 the tool, which consists of a 5 different question sets, is also available in France, in French through my affiliate and business partner France Selvides and her company Kaliris.
